How long does delivery take?
Each unit is made-to-order at our partner factory, so total delivery is 10–14 weeks from order date. Breakdown: weeks 1–2 order confirmation with factory, weeks 3–8 production, weeks 9–11 ocean freight and US customs, weeks 12–14 final LTL delivery to your door. You'll receive status updates throughout. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
What does the free shipping cover?
Free shipping covers ocean freight, US customs clearance, and LTL inland freight with basic curbside delivery to addresses in the 48 contiguous states. Liftgate service (needed if you don't have a loading dock, forklift, or tractor with forks) is available as an add-on. Alaska, Hawaii, and international orders require a custom quote — contact us before ordering.
What happens if the equipment arrives damaged?
Note the damage on the freight carrier's delivery receipt before signing, take photos of the crate and damage, and email partshubhq@gmail.com within 72 hours. We'll work with the manufacturer to ship replacement parts or a full replacement unit. See our Refund Policy for the full DOA process.
How does the warranty work?
Every unit comes with a 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Claims are filed with us — we coordinate with the manufacturer. Normal wear parts (blades, belts, filters, hydraulic fluid) are not covered. Full terms on our Warranty page.
Can I return the unit if I change my mind?
No. Because every unit is made-to-order at our partner factory, all sales are final once the unit is delivered and accepted. We'd rather answer every question you have before you order — call us at (470) 892-9063 and we'll walk through specs and power options in detail.
