We Do Not Accept Returns or Exchanges

Big Dig USA does not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than qualifying shipment damage or non-delivery. Heavy equipment is expensive to ship one way and prohibitively expensive to ship back. We pass those savings to you in the form of direct-factory pricing; in exchange, purchases are final once delivered and accepted.

Please Read Before You Order

Before you place an order, verify:

  • Dimensions fit your space — check the length, width, height, and weight of the product and make sure you have room to store and operate it.
  • Power requirements match your setup — our PTO equipment requires a tractor of the specified horsepower range. Electric equipment may require 240V single-phase power depending on the model. If the product listing says the unit requires 20–50 HP at the PTO, your tractor must be within that range — a 15 HP compact cannot run a 6" chipper, regardless of what the marketing materials say about "compact tractors."
  • Your property and use-case are appropriate — our equipment is designed for farm, ranch, homestead, and small commercial forestry use. It is not rated for rental operations, continuous industrial duty, or municipal contract work. Using the equipment outside its intended application voids the manufacturer's warranty.
  • You can accept freight delivery — shipments arrive via LTL freight carrier on a pallet. Without a loading dock, forklift, or tractor with forks, you must purchase liftgate service at checkout.

The Only Exception

Please refer to our Refund Policy for the narrow circumstances under which we will accept a damaged-on-arrival (DOA) claim. DOA claims require damage notation on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery, report within 72 hours, and photographic and/or video evidence.
